Jordan- Minister opens Logicom technology forum
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, March 22 (Petra) -- Minister of Communication and Information Technology, Majd Shweikeh, Wednesday, opened Logicom Jordan technology forum which is attended by a number of companies involved in technology industry.
During the event, the firm reviewed state-of-the-art technical products, in addition to its market strategy.
General Manager of the corporation, Murad Mutawi, said his company works on expanding its business to cover all parts of the Middle East, Turkey and a number of Europe markets.
Logicom Jordan LLC began operations in Amman in December 2001 with the distribution of personal computers, parts, and peripherals to wholesalers and resellers. It includes brand names such as Cisco Systems, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Intel, WD, Kingston, Tripplight, Linksys, and HP.
