(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha, January 19 (QNA) - HE Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti met Thursday with Stanley Mutumba Simataa, president of the general conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
