(MENAFN) Morocco is placing business at the heart of its plan to win support for its re-entry into the African Union, with deals across Africa running into billions of dollars.
Accordingly, the Moroccan vision consists of making its national firms real ambassadors in Africa.
In November, the country signed an agreement in order to build a giant factory aimed at making Ethiopia self-reliant in fertilizer by 2025.
The country is the biggest foreign investor in the Ivory Coast, while Moroccan firms are working on a vast USD160mn project to revamp the Cocody bay.
