MANAMA, 23rd October, 2016 (WAM) -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the assassination of the Egyptian Brigadier General Adel Ragaei, Commander of the 9th Armoured Division.
Bahrain News Agency, BNA, quoted the ministry as affirming that the Kingdom stands by the side of the brotherly Republic of Egypt against who wishes to undermine its security and stability and supports the measures it takes to confront the criminal acts, eradicate terrorism and attain development and prosperity for the brotherly people of Egypt.
The ministry reiterated the firm stance of the Kingdom in renunciation of violence of all forms and manifestations and calling for the need to intensify the efforts of the international community to deracinate this dangerous plague which puts world countries' security and peace at stake.
