(MENAFN) UAE students studying in the US universities and colleges have positively affected the US economy after contributing USD66.06 million during 2012 and 2013, according to the Emirates 24/7.
The number of UAE students studying in the US stood at 2,256 in 2012/2013, according to the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Peter Davos, Managing Director, Carian College Advisors, said: "Over the years, there has been a steady rise in the number of UAE and international students joining US universities, as the US education system enjoys high reputation among UAE students."
