(MENAFN- Arab Times) Two elderly Kuwaiti men have been arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for holding evening parties and disturbing neighbors and insulting securitymen, reports Al-Shahed daily. The arrest came when the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior acting on complaints sent police to the area and when the latter requested the men to stop disturbing neighbors, they allegedly insulted the police. Woman caught begging: Police have arrested an unidentified Arab woman for begging for alms, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily police acting on information rushed to the spot and seized the woman and found KD 800 on her. She was reportedly stopping passersby and claiming her husband is suffering from a rare disease and that she has no money for his treatment
