Kuwait- Trio Robs Bangladeshi Grocer At Knifepoint


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Three unknown individuals stole KD 30 cash and 35 mobile recharge cards from a grocery shop in Nugra area after threatening to attack the Bangladeshi grocer with a knife. According to security sources, the grocer rushed to the police station of the area and filed a case, informing securitymen that the three suspects entered the grocery shop and one of them was holding a knife, which he placed to his throat



They then demanded him to give them money and escaped after taking KD 30 cash and 35 mobile recharge cards. Securitymen took down the descriptions of the three suspects. Investigations have been launched to arrest the suspects



Meanwhile, the guardian of a student of the Secondary School for Girls in Adan area was arrested for insulting the school principal



According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information from the school principal that the guardian of a student insulted her, securitymen rushed to the location. They arrested the suspect and referred him to the police station of the area for investigations



In another development, a youth was found unconscious inside his vehicle in Mutla area while a pistol was discovered in the vehicle. According to security sources, securitymen of northern roads were patrolling Mutla area when they noticed a vehicle parked beside the road. They approached the vehicle to find an unconscious youth inside it. While trying to rouse the youth, securitymen found a pistol inside the vehicle. The youth was referred to Jahra Hospital for medical examination and recovery
