flydubai firms USD8.8b order from Boeing
(MENAFN) flydubai has firmed an USD8.8 billion order for up to 111 Boeing aircrafts, Arabian Business reported
The order placed during the Dubai Airshow in November is for 75 Boeing 737 MAX 8s and 11 Next-Generation 737-800s, with retaining purchase rights for 25 more 737 MAXs
Flydubai CEO Ghaith Al Ghaith said that the order is a sign of "maturing of the airline and the strength of our business model as well as support (of) flydubai's ambitious growth"
