(MENAFN- Arab Times) Iraq's oil output has hit more than 3 million barrels per day. Iraqi Oil Minister Abdel Karim Laibi said on Monday his country's production reached 3.416 million bpd , including 2.520 million bpd from the southern fields, 512,000 bpd from the northern fields whereas Misan company produced 248,000 bpd and the central oil fields output reached 136,000 bpd. Laibi said he believed production will increase next year at a number of new oil fields in southern and central Iraq.
