Amman, June 2 (Petra) -- Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans on Tuesday signed a partnership agreement with Nova Call Centers to provide specialized job opportunities for a number of the fund's graduates in sales and customer service.

The agreement aims to support the beneficiaries' integration into the labor market to build sustainable careers.

In presence were Muthanna Gharaibeh, representing the fund's board of directors, Nova CEO Isam Bayezidi, and Al Aman Fund General Manager Noor Homoud.

According to a statement by the fund, the partnership reflects Nova's commitment to empowering orphaned youth by providing quality and sustainable employment opportunities that contribute to community development and support the growth of the regional business services sector.

Bayezidi said the agreement aligns with Nova's vision of creating new career pathways for orphaned youth.

Expressing confidence in the capabilities of the fund's graduates, he reiterated the company's commitment to supporting their successful entry into the labor market in line with their skills and professional aspirations.

In turn, Homoud said the partnership underscores a "shared" commitment to empowering young people and helping them transition confidently into employment.

She added that the fund's role "extends beyond supporting beneficiaries through education to providing the tools needed to build successful careers and achieve long-term stability and independence." The fund said it continues to implement ad hoc training programs through its SIDE program to enhance beneficiaries' employability, including professional CV preparation, communication and workplace skills development, and interview training to improve graduates' competitiveness in the job market.

Additionally, the fund noted it provides "comprehensive" living support and mental health and self-development services through the SIDE competency framework, which has 75 competencies for personal, social, economic and digital skills.

The fund's programs target orphaned youth across the Kingdom facing economic challenges that hinder their education by offering educational grants and self-development opportunities based on clear eligibility criteria.
