On Thursday, Sachin Tendulkar's daughter Sara Tendulkar reportedly called out a Mumbai-based paparazzo for body-shaming her in a viral airport video. The clip, which also featured her sister-in-law Sanika, sparked controversy due to an offensive caption that quickly drew widespread criticism online.

Controversial Caption Sparks Outrage

The video showed Sara and Sanika entering the airport terminal. However, the paparazzo's caption triggered backlash as it read,“Moti wali Sara hai. Bagal wali bhabhi hai” (The fat one is Sara, the one next to her is the sister-in-law). The comment was widely condemned for being insensitive and unprofessional.

Sara responded sharply to the post, directly calling out the photographer. She wrote,“@tahirjasus, you are a disgusting person. This is not journalism. Just leave us alone.” Her response quickly went viral, with many social media users supporting her stand against body-shaming.

Following Sara's strong reaction, the paparazzo reportedly deleted the post. However, the incident had already gained traction online. Sara also addressed the issue again in another post, further highlighting her displeasure over the incident and reinforcing her stand against such behaviour.

Apart from being in the public eye, Sara Tendulkar works as a director at the Sachin Tendulkar Foundation (STF). Sachin Tendulkar previously shared that she holds a Master's degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London.

He also mentioned that Sara's work contributes to empowering India through sports, health, and education. In addition, Sara has started her own Pilates Academy in Mumbai, where she promotes fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle.
