Arketi Group Joins Forces With Philadelphia-Based Braithwaite Communications

ATLANTA-Arketi Group, the digital marketing and public relations agency for business-to-business technology companies, which in 2024 received funding from private equity firms Go Capital and Station Partners, has joined forces with Philadelphia-based Braithwaite Communications.
Mike Neumeier, Arketi co-founder and CEO, says the two firms have a similar approach to integration, prioritizing individual employees who can work across multiple digital and public relations capabilities rather than siloed specialization.“Organizations need a more connected, holistic approach across audiences and channels,: he adds.“Through our growth strategy, this is what we are continuing to build.”
At the same time, Braithwaite president Jason Rocker says his firm brings greater expertise in crisis and issues management to the Arketi platform.“We are quite similar in the way we operate,' he says,“but we have a deep competence in crisis and issues that goes back 30 years and includes situations ranging from hostage situations to construction accidents.”
The firm also brings expertise in integrated marketing and communications across B2B and consumer audiences, particularly in highly regulated industries, food service and healthcare. It works with clients including Merck, Cigna, and Wawa.
Braithwaite clients will gain access to expanded interactive web development and video capabilities, alongside growing GEO expertise. Arketi also offers expertise in high-tech marketing.
According to Rocker,“What stood out about Arketi is a shared commitment to integration, collaboration, and results. This partnership makes sense from a culture perspective and a business perspective.”
The acquisition is the second made by Arketi since it received PE funding. In June of last year, it acquired internal communications consultancy Audacity, and with the Braithwaite deal has now doubled in size over the past 18 months, with a team of 50 in its Atlanta headquarters and new Philadelphia office.
