Samantha“Sammi” Dodson is an Assistant Professor at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Prior to this appointment, she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Montalbano Centre for Responsible Leadership Development in the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. She received her Ph.D. in Management at the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Her research program focuses on when and why women experiencing roadblocks and adversity are evaluated as deserving of opportunities and support at work.
