Bao Shu Tang Completes Thailand Trademark Registration For BAO FU LING, Advances Southeast Asia Expansion
The company said Thailand was selected as a priority market in part because BAO FU LING has already established local market recognition, with some consumers commonly referring to the product as (Snow Lotus Cream) or“Bao Fu Ling.”
Thailand was selected as a priority market due to growing demand for health and wellness products, strong tourism-driven retail traffic, and its role as a logistics gateway within Southeast Asia.
A company spokesperson said the trademark milestone supports Bao Shu Tang 's broader globalization strategy.
“ Thailand is an important market in our international roadmap. Trademark completion provides a stronger basis for long-term development and brand consistency.”
Bao Shu Tang added that BAO FU LING -related trademarks have also been registered or filed in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, creating a broader regional intellectual property framework.
For mainland China only, Bao Shu Tang's Compound Camphor Cream marketed under the BAO FU LING brand is registered as an OTC medicine under China's pharmaceutical approval system ( Approval No. H11022269 ).
The company said clear trademark ownership overseas and clear regulatory identification in China are both important elements of cross-border consumer trust.
