Deputy Prime Minister Meets Turkish Chief Of General Staff

Doha, Qatar: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al Thani, met with HE General (Ret.) Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, and the accompanying delegation, during his visit to the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, they reviewed the latest security developments and developments in the region, and discussed aspects of defense cooperation and joint coordination in light of the current circumstances.The meeting was attended by HE Major General (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Manaa, Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces, and a number of senior officers from both sides.
