Tanya D. A graduate of Indiana University and Harvard Law School, Marsh is a licensed attorney in Indiana and a licensed funeral director in California. Marsh is the author of the first treatise in the area of funeral and cemetery law since 1950-THE LAW OF HUMAN REMAINS (2015) and co-author of CEMETERY LAW: THE COMMON LAW OF BURYING PLACES (2015).
