Tanya D. Marsh is a Professor at Wake Forest University School of Law where she teaches Property, Decedents Trusts and Estates, advanced courses in real property, and the first law school course on Funeral and Cemetery Law. A graduate of Indiana University and Harvard Law School, Marsh is a licensed attorney in Indiana and a licensed funeral director in California. Marsh is the author of the first treatise in the area of funeral and cemetery law since 1950-THE LAW OF HUMAN REMAINS (2015) and co-author of CEMETERY LAW: THE COMMON LAW OF BURYING PLACES (2015).
