Nearly 270,000 Public Services Identified In Ukraine Ministry Of Digital Transformation
"First of all, we needed to clearly determine how many services exist in the country at both central and local levels. We developed a questionnaire, and throughout March all identified entities submitted their responses. As a result, we now have about 270,000 public services provided by nearly 15,000 entities," she said.

The significant gap highlights a much broader range of services delivered by various government bodies, municipal institutions, and other entities, often without unified standards or approaches.
Bobranitska noted that data collection is only the first stage. The next steps will include analysis to eliminate duplication, standardize processes, and abolish outdated or irrelevant services.
"Our task is to analyze these processes, unify them, remove redundancies, and move as many services as possible online. This will simplify people's lives, save time, and reduce bureaucracy," she added.
She also said it is still too early to present preliminary conclusions, but early findings already show cases where similar services across different communities have different names or documentation requirements, complicating access.
The ministry has now completed data collection and is moving to the analytical phase, with a report expected to be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers by May 1.
As reported, more than 5,000 administrative service centers operate in Ukraine, providing over 65,000 services daily.
