Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Municipality has announced the administrative closure of a restaurant in the Dukhan area due to food deemed unfit for human consumption.

The Jaal Algharya Restaurant will be closed for three days starting April 13, 2026, as per the Ministry's Administrative Closure Decision No. (150) of 2026.

The closure was ordered due to violations of Law No. (8) of 1990 regulating the control of human food, as amended by Law No. (4) of 2014.

According to the report, food is considered spoiled, damaged, or unfit for consumption if it has been prepared, handled, or stored under improper or unsuitable conditions.
