Jordan King Discusses Cooperation Opportunities With Syrian Delegation
Amman: King Abdullah II of Jordan met today with the Syrian ministerial delegation participating in the second session of the Higher Coordination Council between Jordan and Syria to discuss opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
During the meeting, the Jordanian monarch emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to develop economic and trade relations and enhance security cooperation between the two countries to achieve their shared interests.
Held Sunday, the second session of the Higher Coordination Council between Jordan and Syria, at the ministerial level was co-chaired by Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Shaibani.
