Strikes on oil and gas infrastructure significantly limit Russia's ability to supply fuel to its troops and fill its own budget. The Special Operations Forces continue asymmetric operations to strategically weaken the enemy in its war against Ukraine.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of April 10, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck two drilling platforms on the Caspian Sea shelf.
