Delhi Metro Extends Last Train Timings For Delhi Capitals Vs Gujarat Titans IPL Match At Arun Jaitley Stadium Tomorrow


(MENAFN- Live Mint) As the Delhi Capitals (DC) and Gujarat Titans (GT) gear up for their IPL 2026 clash at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi, on Wednesday, the Delhi Metro revised its train timings for a“smooth and hassle-free travel” for the cricket lovers.

Gujarat Titans, who have lost their first two matches of IPL 2026, will next take on Delhi Capitals (DC) in Delhi on Wednesday at 7.30 PM.

In a social media post, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said,“Delhi Metro has extended last train timings on all lines for IPL match at Arun Jaitley Stadium on 8th April 2026, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel for all cricket lovers heading home after the game.”

Most routes of the Delhi metro will operate past midnight to ensure safe and convenient late-night travel, and to reduce dependency on road transport, avoiding congestion.

Delhi Capitals will be expecting to maintain their winning momentum. They have had a near-perfect couple of games with the ball, while 22-year-old Sameer Rizvi has been carrying the bulk of their batting load.
