Frederick Kibon Changwony
- Lecturer in Accounting & Finance, University of Stirling
My research sits at the intersection of personal finance and public sector accountability. I study how households make financial decisions-covering risk tolerance, savings goals and portfolio choices-as well as how public institutions use accounting, audit and governance reforms to tackle corruption. My recent work also examines how fiscal decentralisation affects regional inequality and household welfare.
