4 Robbers Posing As Security Personnel Detained In Khost

KABUL (Pajhwok): Security forces have arrested four armed robbers in southeastern Khost province who allegedly entered homes while posing as security personnel, police said on Sunday.
According to a statement from the police headquarters, the suspects were detained by officers from the Criminal Investigations Unit.
The statement said the group had broken into a house in the Matachina area of Khost city, where they used weapons and physical force against the occupants, stealing gold, two firearms and an unspecified amount of cash.
Police added that the suspects have confessed to their crimes.
The statement also noted that three other individuals were involved in the incident, and efforts are underway to apprehend them.
