BIBF Head of Academic Studies: Bahraini youth continue to demonstrate resilience, adaptability and drive to succeed
(MENAFN- BIBF Leading Excellence ) Manama – 25th March 2026
On the occasion of Bahraini Youth Day, observed annually on 25 March, Dr. Haifaa Khalaf, Head of the Academic Centre at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), highlighted the strong example set by Bahraini youth through their energy, creativity, determination, and their advanced ability to adapt and make a meaningful impact. She noted that the continued progress of the youth sector reflects Bahrain’s national vision, which places youth empowerment as a key priority and strengthens their role as active contributors to development.
She added that what young Bahrainis are achieving today - particularly in light of rapidly evolving circumstances - demonstrates a high level of awareness and responsibility, along with a clear commitment to continuous learning and positive contribution to society.
“We see this every day in our students,” she said. “Through their academic achievements, innovative ideas, and their ability to adapt and grow, they reflect a genuine drive to make a positive impact.”
Dr. Khalaf explained that BIBF provides a learning environment that supports students in developing their skills and continuing their learning journey, helping them prepare for the next stage of their academic and professional path with confidence. This approach also strengthens their ability to adapt to the evolving demands of the job market.
“Empowering youth starts with creating the right opportunities and equipping them with the knowledge and skills to move forward with confidence,” she said. “What we see in our students today reflects an ambitious and adaptable generation, determined to achieve and contribute to a better future.”
Dr. Khalaf emphasised that Bahraini Youth Day is an opportunity to recognise the contributions of young people and highlight their vital role in society, reaffirming BIBF’s commitment to supporting students through education and development, enabling them to play an active role in shaping the Kingdom’s future.
