Showvia Launches First Branded Residences Platform In India With Transindia For Debut Project


(MENAFN- ForPressRelease) Mumbai, March 24, 2026: Showvia, a Mumbai-based branded residences platform founded by Mahima Verma along with Ankit Shah and Swapnil Raut, has launched with a focus on creating a structured ecosystem for branded residential developments in India.

The platform aims to partner with developers and onboard global as well as domestic brands to conceptualise and deliver branded residences, a segment gaining traction within India's luxury real estate market.

India's branded residences market is estimated at $4.7 billion, with around 4,500 units across key cities including Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Pune, and expanding into markets such as Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Industry experts expect the segment to see accelerated growth, driven by rising demand for differentiated, experience-led housing.

As part of its launch, Showvia has partnered with TransIndia Group for the it's Sion-Matunga project, featuring luxury design services from Shreem Interior Designs.

Showvia aims to scale collaboration across Indian projects, positioning India as a key growth market for branded residences.
