Drone Falls On Building In Dubai's Creek Harbour, Residents Evacuated

    In the early hours of Thursday, March 12, 2026, at about 2.45am, Dubai Media Office confirmed that a drone fell on a building in Dubai's Creek Harbour.

    The building was evacuated to ensure the safety of residents, according to the authority.

    A short while later, a minor fire was also reported. The minor blaze, however, lasted for minutes as Civil Defence teams rushed to bring it under control.

    No injuries were reported after the incident.

    This comes less than a day after two drones fell near Dubai International Airport (DXB) on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

    As a result of the falling of the drones, three people, two Gahanian nationals and a Bangladeshi, sustained minor injuries. One Indian national was moderately injured as well.
