“I will state the overall figure for the resilience plans. It is not small – UAH 215 billion, if we take into account all four components of the resilience plans,” Svyrydenko said.
She noted that the government faces the task of finding funding sources both domestically and through assistance from international partners.
“We hope our partners will be able to help us procure cogeneration equipment and modular boiler plants,” the head of government added.
Responsibility for protecting critical infrastructure facilities will rest with the state.
