Qatar Reports Iranian Missile Attacks On Energy Sites, No Injuries

DOHA, March 2 (KUNA) - Qatar's Ministry of Defense affirmed Monday that the country was targeted by two Iranian drones, striking a water tank at a power plant in Mesaieed, while the other targeted an energy facility in Ras Laffan Industrial City belonging to QatarEnergy, no human casualties were reported.
In a statement, the ministry said relevant authorities will assess the damage and issue an official statement in due course.
It urged the public to remain calm, follow official instructions, avoid rumours, and rely only on authorised sources. (end)
