The number of telecare solution users in Europe and North America reached 16.2 million at the end of 2025
(MENAFN- Berg Insight) Gothenburg, Sweden – February 27, 2026: Berg Insight has found in its latest research that around 9.7 million people in Europe and 6.5 million people in North America were using telecare or medical alert solutions at the end of 2025. The figures include users of both in-home and mobile systems. Until 2030, Berg Insight forecasts that the number of telecare users will grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.4 percent to reach 24.2 million in the two regions. The market value of telecare solutions in Europe reached at the same tim€ € 3.9 billion in 2025. The market value is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.6 percent in the next five years to re€ch € 5.6 billion at the end of the forecast period. The market value for medical alert solutions in North America is expected to grow€from € 3.4 billion (US$ 3.7 billion) in 20€5 to € 5.1 billion (US$ 5.6 billion) in 2030.
