This AI Web App Offers Unlimited Image And Video Generations, But There's A Catch
For those unfamiliar, Adobe Firefly is Adobe's suite of generative AI models designed for creating images and videos. It includes Adobe's own commercially safe Firefly models, alongside powerful third-party integrations such as Google Nano Banana Pro, OpenAI's GPT Image Generation, and Runway's Gen-4 image models. Firefly is available as a standalone web app via adobe, as well as through dedicated apps on iOS and visionOS.

Doctors say never too late to get vaccinatedUntil now, Firefly subscription tiers were largely defined by how many generation credits users received each month, limiting experimentation and iteration. With this new offer, Adobe is lifting those caps entirely on the Firefly web platform and Firefly Boards, provided users subscribe before the March 16 deadline.
According to Adobe, customers on Firefly Pro, Firefly Premium, and 4,000-, 7,000-, and 50,000-credit plans will receive unlimited image and Firefly video generations up to 2K resolution. This applies across Adobe's own models and supported third-party AI image and video tools. However, it's important to note that the offer applies only to the standalone Firefly subscription, not Creative Cloud plans.
Adobe says the decision reflects how creators are using AI today. The company reports that 86% of creators now rely on AI in their daily workflows, with prompt lengths doubling over the past year. This suggests AI is becoming a core creative tool rather than a novelty.
