(MENAFN- bursonglobal) RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (27 January 2026) – Ahead of ROSHN Group LIV Golf Riyadh, LIV Go’f’s 2026 season-opening event taking place as part of Riyadh Season from 4-7 February at Riyadh Golf Club, the league today announced a star-studded concert line-up led by global music icons Akon, Tyga, and R3HAB, along with international producer and DJ Pawsa and a trio of Arabic music stars, Alshami, Miami Band and Myriam Fares. Tickets for each night, which include the live concerts, one-of-a-kind fan experiences, and many of the biggest names in global golf are available at LIVGolf.com.

Performances will take place following play each evening, with one headline act on Wednesday and two acts per night from Thursday through Saturday, creating a festival atmosphere that extends well beyond the final putt.

The after-play concert programme will begin on Wednesday evening with a late-night set from Pawsa, performing from the Fan Village stage from 10:30pm. Thursday night will see R3HAB take to the stage followed by Arabic artist Alshami, while Friday’s programme will kick off with Miami Band ahead of headliners Tyga and Akon, delivering a major night of global hip-hop under the lights at Riyadh Golf Club. Lebanese international star Myriam Fares will close out the entertainment schedule on Saturday night, with performances running between 11pm and 1:10am on Thursday through Saturday.
Akon returns to Saudi Arabia as one of the most influential figures in modern pop and hip-hop, a multi-platinum and Grammy-nominated artist whose global hits include Smack That, Lonely and D’n’t Matter, and whose career includes collaborations with Michael Jackson, Eminem and Lady Gaga. Friday night also features Tyga, bringing his catalogue of chart-topping international hits including Rack City, Taste and Swish, with billions of streams cementing his status as one of hip’hop’s most consistent global performers. Electronic music fans can look forward to high-energy performances from R3HAB, a multi-platinum DJ and producer known worldwide for crossover dance anthems such as All Around The World (La La La) and Lullaby, while Pawsa adds his distinctive underground house sound, built around club favourites Groove Control and Collect The Commas.
Syrian-born artist Al Shami quickly rose the ranks in Arabic pop by blending traditional Turkish music with modern hip-hop, topping charts to become a top-streamed artist in the Arab world. Al Shami has won multiple Billboard Arabia Music Awards, including Top Levantine Song and Artist of the Year – Levantine Dialect. Miami Band adds to the trio of Arabic artists with the Kuwaiti Khaleeji pop ba’d’s distinctive sound blending traditional Gulf music with modern sounds. The group has been popular across the Arabian Gulf since the early 90s with hit songs like Bastans and Ashou Ashou, and is known for its energetic live performances. Rounding out the superstar lineup is Lebanese singer Myriam Fares. Known in the Arab world as the "Queen of The Stage" for her unique choreographed dance routines and performances, Fares has numerous record-breaking hits including Goumi and Tukoh Taka which was the official 2022 FIFA World Cup single in collaboration with Nicki Minaji and Maluma.
On the course, the 2026 tournament brings together 57 players from 16 countries, headlined by LIV Golf Ri’adh’s defending individual champion Adrian Meronk of Poland (Cleeks Golf Club) and reigning team champions Legion XIII, who return to Riyadh following a dominant 2025 season that included five team victories. Captain Jon Rahm leads the team once again alongside Tom McKibbin, Caleb Surratt and Tyrrell Hatton as they look to set the tone for another year of elite individual and team competition.
The field also features one of the strongest collections of major champions in world golf, including Bryson DeChambeau (Captain, Crushers GC), Dustin Johnson (Captain, 4Aces GC), Phil Mickelson (Captain, HyFlyers GC), Sergio Garcia (Captain, Fireballs GC), Cam Smith (Captain, Ripper GC), Patrick Reed (4Aces GC), Martin Kaymer (Captain, Cleeks Golf Club), Bubba Watson (Captain, RangeGoats GC) and Louis Oosthuizen (Captain, Stinger GC).
