I am Head of Media Department for the School of Arts and Creative Industries - Leading a team of academics practitioners in the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses including, Filmmaking, Sports Journalism, Digital Media and Communication, Animation and Games. With over 20 years of experience and expertise in the media sector working in a variety of roles including, BBC broadcast journalist and producer; branded content and digital producer; and founder and managing director of Allsortz Open Mic. I served five years as a member of the Ofcom Content Board and am certified leadership coach.
