Car Explosion In Kyiv Classified As Terrorist Attack
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) That is according to the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, Ukrinform reports.
As a result of the explosion, a serviceman sustained shrapnel wounds. A woman who was nearby was not injured.
A pre-trial investigation has been opened under Part 1 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (terrorist attack), defined as committing an explosion or other actions that posed a danger to human life or health.
