KUWAIT, Jan 1 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent a cable to President Guy Parmelin, of the friendly Swiss Confederation, to express sincere condolences over scores of victims of the fire that broke out at tourist resort in Crans-Montana, southern Switzerland, earlier Thursday.
