Profile Articles Activity

I am Associate Dean Academic for the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law, and am an Associate Professor in the Department of International Business, Strategy & Entrepreneurship, where I have been teaching in the areas of International Business Environment, Strategy, and Business in a Changing World for the past 8 years. At a broad level, I am interested in the effects of global change on industries, organisations, workers and communities. Within this, my current research explores the historical basis of current global change; gender, diversity & well-being within the global organisation; and education for the future of work & organisation.

The focus of my research practice is on collaboration, interdisciplinarity and research to encourage debate, discussion and social impact. As such, I am actively involved in collaborative research partnerships and research groups within and across institutions, and my research platform is intentionally interdisciplinary.

In teaching, I am committed to student experience and authentic practice, and I work to integrate a range of classroom activities to encourage students to develop critical thinking and a passion for learning. I am also committed to continuously developing my teaching through teaching and learning research, exploring innovative classroom approaches.
