Zelensky to take official trip to Turkey on Wednesday
(MENAFN) Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is scheduled to make a working visit to Türkiye on Wednesday, according to Turkish Communications Director Burhanettin Duran.
"The talks in Ankara are expected to cover issues on the bilateral agenda with our strategic partner Ukraine, as well as current developments concerning the Russia-Ukraine war," Duran said on the Turkish social media platform NSosyal.
He added that discussions will also focus on initiatives to establish a ceasefire and pursue a lasting resolution, particularly in relation to the ongoing peace negotiations in Istanbul.
