St. Regis Amman Hosts Michelin-Starred Chef Claudio Sadler
(MENAFNEditorial) Amman, Jordan – The St. Regis Amman has launched the Italian Gourmet Week in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Jordan and Haddad Group, welcoming the world-renowned Italian chef Claudio Sadler, a Michelin-starred chef and one of the renowned names in modern Italian culinary arts. This special occasion reflects the hotel’s commitment to fostering cultural exchange and elevating the culinary arts.
Chef Sadler’s arrival in Amman enriches the local culinary scene through a unique collaboration with The St. Regis Amman’s Executive Chef, Amin Al Akhal, and the hotel’s F&B team. This partnership blends global expertise with authentic Jordanian touches, aiming to inspire, share knowledge, and develop the skills of the next generation of Jordanian chefs.
The week’s activities kick start with an official opening reception on 24 November, hosted by the Italian Embassy in Jordan, paving the way for a series of unique culinary experiences throughout the week. The opening is followed by Michelin Dining Experience dinners at Segreta, a private dinner at Zenith organized by the Italian Embassy, and a signature Italian brunch at the hotel featuring live cooking stations and classic dishes that highlight distinctive Italian flavors. A collaborative culinary workshop with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) will also be held to share expertise and support the local culinary talents.

He earned his first Michelin star in 1991 and his second in 2002, and has managed prestigious restaurants in Milan, Tokyo, and Beijing. Today, he leads Ristorante Sadler in Milan, which holds 1 Michelin star, as well as Gusto by Sadler at the Baglioni Resort in Sardinia, which received a Michelin star in the Michelin Guide 2022 – Italy Selection.
