“Together with NVIDIA, a global leader in computing infrastructure for artificial intelligence, we are launching a joint AI initiative. Its goal is to create a sovereign AI state with its own infrastructure and strong human capital,” the statement reads.

It is emphasized that the company's expertise will help launch revolutionary and secure services for the government and defense sectors.

The first joint project will be the development of Diia AI LLM - a sovereign language model adapted to Ukrainian legislation, public services, and citizens' needs. All AI services within the Diia ecosystem will operate based on Diia AI LLM, including the AI assistant already presented on the portal, the future assistant in the mobile app, and internal solutions for government use.

As part of the first project, Ukraine will gain access to NVIDIA's specialized software stack for AI product development - from infrastructure to software; technical expertise to accelerate model training and reduce costs; and consulting and technical support from NVIDIA, including participation of company experts in structured workshops and architecture review sessions.

Previously, it was reported that Ukraine will create an AI Factory - infrastructure for running key state AI services, starting with the AI assistant in Diia. Later, the infrastructure will be used for an AI tutor in the Mriia project, and in the future, it will serve defense, science, and healthcare sectors.
