Vietnamese PM Meets AFESD, KFAED Chiefs

KUWAIT, Nov 16 (KUNA) -- Visiting Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh and his accompanying delegation met Director-General and Chairman of Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) Fawzi Al-Hunaif and Acting Director-General of Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) Waleed Al-Bahar at the AFESD headquarters on Sunday.
The Vietnamese guests then toured the AFESD building, where they were briefed on the fund's development efforts and financing activities for public and private investment projects.
They were accompanied by Advisor at His Highness the Prime Minister's Diwan and Head of the accompanying mission of honor, Sheikh Dr. Basel Hamoud Al-Sabah, Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaileh and Ambassador of Kuwait to Vietnam Yousef Al-Sabbagh. (end)
