Kuwait Chief Of Staff Visits Air Defense Force

KUWAIT, Nov 16 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Shuraian on Sunday paid a visit to the Air Defense Force, where he was received by the Force Air Commodore Firas Al-Qattan and senior officers.
The General Staff said in a press statement that during the visit Al-Shuraian was briefed on the air defense systems, development plans, and training programs.
He also toured several sites where he examined workflow as well as operational and maintenance procedures followed within the Air Defense Force.
Al-Shuraian praised the high level of performance, organization, and discipline as well as the efforts of the Air Defense Force personnel in implementing training programs and maintaining combat readiness. (end)
