Russia Uses About 1,000 Drones, 980 Guided Aerial Bombs, And 36 Missiles Against Ukraine In One Week - Zelensky
According to him, restoration work is currently underway in Kharkiv and the region, as well as in Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk regions, following Russian strikes. Rescuers also worked in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions.
“Overall, last night the Russians launched more than 170 drones against Ukraine, at least half of them were Shaheds. And throughout this entire week, the Russians launched nearly 1,000 attack drones, almost 980 guided aerial bombs, and 36 missiles of various types against our people,” he stated.
He stressed that every night requires multi-component air defense – air defense systems, combat aviation, mobile fire groups, and interceptor drones.
“We are actively working with partners on each component to reinforce Ukraine's protection. We have prepared new strong agreements with Europe to significantly bolster defense of our skies, our resilience, and our diplomacy,” Zelensky stressed.
