(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the situation as of 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 16, on Facebook.

The enemy launched one missile and conducted 53 air strikes, using one missile and dropping 122 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, it carried out 4,251 shellings, including 131 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 6,153 kamikaze drones.

The Russian army carried out air strikes on the areas of the settlements of Pokrovske, Bratske in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Zaliznychne, Prymorske, Malokaterynivka, Kosivtseve, Ternuvate, Huliaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region; Odradokamianka in the Kherson region.

The Air Force, Rocket Forces, and Artillery of the Defense Forces struck four areas where personnel were concentrated, seven command posts, 11 artillery systems, two ammunition depots, a radar station, and one other important facility belonging to the Russian invaders.

Two combat clashes took place in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors. The enemy carried out four air strikes, dropping a total of 11 guided bombs and firing 179 artillery rounds, including 10 from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, there were seven combat clashes in the Vovchansk area and toward Dvorichanske.

In the Kupiansk sector, the Russian army attacked five times. Defense Forces repelled Russian assaults in the Bohuslavka and Kupiansk areas and toward Pishchane and Novoplatonivka.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy attacked seven times, trying to advance near the settlements of Yampolivka, Derylove, Kolodiazi, and toward the settlements of Druzheliubivka, Drobysheve, and Borova.

In the Sloviansk sector, Russian troops carried out 12 attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces in the areas of Serebrianka, Verkhniokamianske, Pereizne, and toward Zvanivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, three clashes took place in the areas of Minkivka and Predtechyne.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 19 attacks near Pleshchiivka, Kostiantynivka, Rusyn Yar, and toward Sofiivka and Berestok.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 52 Russian offensive actions near the settlements of Chervonyi Lyman, Dorozhnie, Rodynske, Novoekonomichne, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Rivne, Novopavlivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filiia, and Dachne.

In the Oleksandrohrad sector, the Defense Forces repelled 20 attacks near the settlements of Yalta, Sosnivka, Pryvilne, Vorone, Verbove, Vyshneve, Krasnohirske, and Zelenyi Hai.

In the Huliaipole sector, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 12 times toward Varvarivka and Zatyshshia.

In the Orikhiv sector, the Russian army carried out five attacks near Stepnohirsk, Plavni, and Stepove.

In the Prydniprovske sector, the enemy carried out three unsuccessful offensive actions toward the Antonivskyi Bridge.

In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of Russian offensive groups forming were detected.

As reported by Ukrinform, the total combat losses of Russian troops from February 24, 2022, to November 16, 2025, in the war against Ukraine amount to about 1,158,260 soldiers, including 860 servicemen over the past day.
