Deepfake-related crimes accounted for 35.2% of the offenses, followed by videos involving children and adolescents at 34.3%, and illegal recordings at 19.4%. Of those detained, 1,761 were teenagers, 1,228 were in their 20s, and smaller numbers were in their 30s and 40s. More than 90% of deepfake offenders were teens or young adults, reflecting their greater familiarity with digital technologies.
