Shory Group Expands into Saudi Arabia following Regulatory Approval
(MENAFN- Edelman) Abu Dhabi, UAE – 14 November, 2025: Shory Group (“Shory”), a First.tech company and one of the fastest-growing insurtech firms in the region, has received regulatory approval from the Saudi Insurance Authority (IA) to begin operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This marks a significant milestone in Shory’s regional growth strategy and positions the company to become a key player in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving insurtech ecosystem.
Shory brings deep market expertise and a proven track record in building scalable digital insurance platforms. The approval from IA enables Shory to introduce its AI-driven insurance solutions to one of the largest and most dynamic markets in the Middle East.
Shory’s entry into Saudi Arabia comes after the newly established insurtech framework in Saudi Arabia, introduced in mid-2023 to support innovation, consumer protection and data privacy in the insurance sector.
