Birla Public School Concludes Annual Book Fair 2025
Doha, Qatar: Birla Public School (BPS) concluded its Annual Book Fair 2025, a celebration dedicated to reading, imagination, and lifelong learning. The Book Fair, held from November 3 to 8, 2025 across all three campuses - Main School at Abu Hamour, Primary I (Al Mamoura), and Primary II (Al Hilal), received an overwhelming response from students, parents, and teachers.
The Fair was inaugurated by the Principal of BPS, Dr. Anand R. Nair in the presence of Vice-Principals Radhika Rele and Edna Fernandez, along with members of the Senior Leadership Team, school librarians, and enthusiastic students. The inauguration marked the beginning of an inspiring literary journey, transforming the school campuses into vibrant spaces for knowledge and creativity.
This year's edition of the Book Fair featured over 5,000 books on display, encompassing a wide range of genres and categories including literature, fiction, non-fiction, educational resources, general knowledge, art and craft materials, stationery, and educational toys. The selection ensured that students of all ages found books that inspired curiosity and fostered a love of reading.
Throughout the week, students eagerly explored the stalls, discovering new authors, genres, and ideas. The Fair concluded on Saturday, 8th November 2025, with an open session for the parent community. The joint participation of students and parents added warmth and enthusiasm to the event a true shared celebration of books and learning.
