Water, Heating Restored In Poltava Community After Russian Shelling
According to her, all 80 boiler houses in the community are operating, and 55 of 56 water pumping stations have been restarted. Restoration work continues on the pumping station on Yevropeiska Street. The Poltava City Council provided five tonnes of fuel at the request of the utility company.
Water supply has been restored in the Chornohlazivka, Takhtaulove, Kovalivka, Palchykivka, and Semianivka communities. In the village of Biolohichne of the Hozhuly district, water is supplied according to a schedule due to equipment damage.
The power grid situation has been stabilized, and a schedule of hourly power outages is in effect. Street lighting has been switched to normal operation.
Yamshchykova also reported that between November 8 and 10, 208 of 713 elevators stopped working. Fourteen elevators require repairs after voltage surges. Utility workers are working to restore them as soon as possible.
The official added that points of invincibility are in standby mode and are fully equipped. Seven of them operated around the clock. On November 8, 37 people used their services, and on November 9 – 17 people.

In case of scheduled power outages (according to the blackout schedules), all hospitals are fully equipped with generators and sufficient fuel reserves.
