Aamir Naik Raises Concern Over Poor Recruitment Advertisement in J&K


(MENAFN- greater kashmir) Jammu, November 2025: Social activist, singer and engineer Aamir Naik has voiced serious concern over the poor and limited advertisement of government recruitment posts in Jammu and Kashmir, calling for more transparency and wider publicity to ensure equal opportunity for all deserving candidates.

Naik said that many unemployed youth are unaware of newly advertised posts due to the lack of proper dissemination of notifications, especially in remote and rural areas. He urged the administration and the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) to adopt a more inclusive approach in publishing job advertisements through both digital and print media.

“It is the right of every educated youth to know when and where vacancies are announced. Poor publicity defeats the purpose of fair recruitment,” Naik remarked.



He further emphasized that the government should establish a centralized online notification portal where all department-wise vacancies are updated in real time. Naik also suggested that job alerts be shared through district-level information offices and social media handles to bridge the communication gap between authorities and aspirants.

Local students and aspirants echoed his concern, saying that delayed or unnoticed advertisements often result in missed opportunities. They appealed to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha’s administration to review the recruitment communication system and make it more transparent, timely, and accessible.
