Defenders To Receive Additional Electronic Warfare Systems Via DOT-Chain Defence
“The military will order electronic warfare systems through the weapons marketplace, DOT-Chain Defence. From now on, 180 brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine will have guaranteed budgets that will allow them to independently choose, via the marketplace, both stationary and trench electronic warfare systems,” the statement reads.
As noted, the relevance of these systems is confirmed by order statistics. In particular, within the first day after electronic warfare systems were added to the DOT-Chain Defence, the military placed orders worth almost 6 million hryvnias.
Earlier, the Defence Procurement Agency signed contracts with manufacturers for the supply of trench electronic warfare systems within the Army of Drones Bonus System, which provides motivational budgets to military personnel for successful enemy strikes.
The DOT-Chain Defence weapons marketplace was developed by the State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition and is used to supply the military with armaments. The system integrates brigades, manufacturers, and the Defence Procurement Agency within a single secure environment. This allows military units to select the equipment they need, while the Defence Procurement Agency handles the entire organizational process from contracting to payment. Thus, to obtain the required equipment, a service member only needs to make a few clicks.
