This is a well-calculated, precise, and smart campaign to degrade the Russian war machine and force Moscow to end the war sooner,” he claimed.

Sybiha added that in the future, Ukraine's long-range arsenal will serve as a deterrent and a guarantee against new Russian aggression.

“In the future, Ukraine's long-range arsenal will serve as a deterrence package and guarantee against any renewed Russian aggression. We have the technology and ability to produce more strength, but we need more investments to scale it up. I urge partners to increase contributions. Build in Ukraine and build with Ukraine. The minister said that the war that Russia unleashed against Ukraine is returning to where it came from.“The sooner they realize this in the Kremlin, the sooner they take the only reasonable decision-to end this war,” he added.
