Dubai Foundation for Women and Children holds a participatory meeting with clients and organizes the “Service Design Challenge from the Client’s Perspective”

As part of its commitment to promoting institutional excellence and fostering active partnerships with its clients, the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children (DFWAC) organized a participatory meeting with its clients to assess operational experiences, review opportunities for improvement, and enhance the efficiency and quality of services. The meeting also aimed to strengthen a work culture based on communication, openness, and continuous development.
The meeting was held under the “My Imprint” initiative, launched by the Foundation to activate the role of clients as key partners in the journey of institutional development and improvement, while enhancing indicators of satisfaction, trust, and quality within the work environment. The session also featured the first edition of the “Service Design Challenge from the Client’s Perspective,” which aimed to encourage clients to generate creative, modern, and applicable ideas that contribute to the development of service systems and the enhancement of the overall client experience.
At the conclusion of the event, the Foundation announced the winners of the challenge, where Her Excellency Shaikha Saeed Al Mansouri, Acting Director-General of the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children, honored the creators of the three winning ideas in recognition of their outstanding contributions and innovative initiatives.
The Foundation confirmed that the winning ideas will be incorporated into the upcoming institutional improvement plan, reinforcing a culture of innovation and reflecting its ongoing commitment to developing services that align with client expectations and the Foundation’s vision of delivering humanitarian services that create a lasting and positive impact on society.
In this context, Her Excellency Shaikha Saeed Al Mansouri, Acting Director-General of DFWAC, emphasized that engaging clients in institutional improvement processes reflects the Foundation’s participatory approach, which places the client at the center of development. She noted that such meetings help foster an environment that stimulates innovative thinking and supports the development of more efficient and integrated services.
Her Excellency added that the Foundation places great importance on building an institutional culture based on positive communication and constructive interaction between teams and clients, ensuring the delivery of services that meet community expectations and align with the goals of the Dubai Social Agenda 33.
